The Department of Human Services (DHS) released their annual Child Protective Services report on Monday.
The 173-page report highlights the data on the efforts put forward by the state to protect children experiencing abuse or neglect.
The report indicates from 2021 to 2022, the total suspected child abuse reports statewide increased from 38,013 to 39,093.
