The two questions are focused on allowable administrative and training costs (8.6C.1 )
Question: May a title IV-E agency claim title IV-E administration for the costs of conducting a well-designed and rigorous evaluation of title IV-E prevention service under section 471(e)(5)(C)(i) of the Act?
Question: Are title IV-E administrative costs available under section 474(a)(6)(B)(i) of the Act for the cost of conducting an independent systematic review in order to complete the checklist for transitional payments?
